A masonry mailbox goes bad in a few predictable ways. A car clips it. The footing cracks and the column starts to lean. Mortar joints open up, water gets in, and the top courses work loose. The insert rusts through or the door stops closing. Each one has a different fix, and the fix costs less than a new column when the rest of the brickwork is sound.
We look at the footing first. If it is solid, we take the column down to good brick, reset it plumb, and repoint the joints. If the footing is cracked or the column has shifted off it, that footing gets replaced, because resetting brick on a broken footing just moves the problem a year down the road.
Every rebuild includes a USPS-approved insert and goes back at USPS height and setback, so your carrier has no reason to skip it. A custom address block adds about 7 to 10 days because it is made to order, so tell us early if you want one. If another driver's insurance is paying, we provide an itemized written quote you can hand straight to the adjuster.
Tell us what happened and we will tell you which of these you need.

When the mailbox sinks into the ground, we lift it back to level and pour a new concrete footer to support it.

We clear the broken brick, pour a new footing where the old one cracked, and rebuild the column to USPS height and setback.

Rusted or bent inserts come out without touching the brickwork. Choose Classic Black, Large Capacity, Oasis Locking, Mail Boss, or Parcel Vault.

We match your brick or stone, replace a cracked cap, and cut a new address block when the numbers are broken or missing.
Text or upload photos of the mailbox along with your address. A wide shot and a close shot of the damage is usually all we need.
Most of the time we can price the work off the photos without coming out, so you get a number back quickly.
The deposit covers materials and books your slot. The balance is invoiced when the work is finished.
Send a photo of the house too if the mailbox is meant to match it. We compare samples in daylight before anything is ordered.
The column goes back on a solid footing at USPS height and setback, with an approved insert, and we haul off the debris.

Send photos and your address. Most repairs get priced from the photos, so you are not waiting on a site visit to find out the number.
A 30% deposit covers brick, mortar, cap, and the insert, and puts the work on the schedule. A made-to-order address block adds about 7 to 10 days to that schedule.
The balance is invoiced when the work is finished, and the old brick leaves with us. If an insurance claim is involved, the itemized quote is written so the adjuster can read it line by line.
